Comfort Measures in Labor
This is a class for pregnant women and their partners who have already taken a birthing class but would like to spend more time preparing for an unmedicated birth. Couples will have the opportunity to practice the comfort measures used for labor at a slower pace. In addition, couples will learn about several alternative birthing choices. Couples taking this class should have taken a Great Expectations class, or have a strong knowledge of the stages of labor.
