Yoga I
Hatha Yoga is the physical practice of posture. It offers many benefits including improved stamina, flexibility, cardioivascular performance, muscle tone, circulation and respiration. Classes incorporate breathing and relaxation. Poses are performed standing, sitting and lying on the floor. Participant must be able from the floor repeatedly. Yoga mat required.
